A departure from her usual figurative work, Jaye's most recent paintings capture the power and beauty of the Ocean... the constantly shifting colour and light of her home, on the coast of Nova Scotia.
The surfaces of these paintings are relatively smooth, with little texture and have a waxy satin finish.
All are acrylic on wood panels and waxed.
All paintings are in front mounted floating frames, with a hand grained finish in dark colours.
